In the house: air conditioning, burglar alarm. House maid on request (extra). Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km. Please note: car essential. Pool house with shower and separate WC. Access to the house via an electric gate. Please note: another house (FR8103.103.1) is situated in the 2.5 hectares of parkland but has a separate entrance. There is a house at the entrance to the park which the caretakers live in. Swimming pool heated from 15 March to 11 November. Swimming pool has an electric cover.
