Yläkerrassa: olohuone, avotakka (vain koristeena), satelliitti TV. Uloskäynti terassille. 1 huone, 1 kapea parisänky (150 cm, pituus 200 cm). 1 huone, 2 vuodetta (90 cm, pituus 200 cm). (ulkoportaat) 1 huone, 1 kapea parisänky (150 cm, pituus 200 cm), suihku/WC. Keittiö/oleskelutila (uuni, mikroaaltouuni, pakastin, kahvinkeitin), ruokapöytä. Uloskäynti terassille. Suihku/WC. Großzügige Unterkunft mit BadestelleMeike H.

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Raum für 4 Personen, alles ist klar strukturiert und sauber. Das 2te kleine Haus bietet Rückzugsraum, wenn man mit Mehreren dort ist. Der Außenbereich mit Garten auf verschiedenen Ebenen und der Flussbadestelle ist großartig. Rundherum ist üppige Vegetation und der Fluss rauscht beständig im Hintergrund (für geräuschempfindliche Menschen evtl. schwierig). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entspannt.

Wir wurden bestens empfangen und die Übergabe verlief hervorragend. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider waren wir in diesem Jahr die ersten Mieter. Es war feucht und roch muffig, was über die Woche auch nicht wegging. Als Tipp würden wir gerne hinterlassen, das Haus Tage vorher bereits zu entfeuchten und aufzuwärmen. Feuchtigkeit zieht leider einiges an Insekten an sich, sodass wir Getier an allen Ecken fanden.

Endroit splendide et calme, la maison est magnifique et très fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. La région est magnifique, vous êtes à côté de PONTE DE LIMA, ville familiale et tranquille avec plein de petit restaurant et de vignobles. La nature, la rivière très peu profonde ou les enfants peuvent se baigner juste a côtéde la maison avec sa petite plage, un jardin superbe et très bien entretenu et un accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques, merci à F. et sa femme, nous avons adoré !!!

- gute Lage im Norden Portugals als Startort für zum Beispiel Ausflüge nach Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo und Braga oder auch nach Porto - super Grundstück an Bach und Wasserfall mit Liegewiesen für Sonnen- und Schattenliebhaber - nachts hört man nur das Rauschen des Wasserfalls - im Haupthaus auf der Eingangsebene zwei Schlafräume, ein Wohnzimmer und Duschbad, eine Etage tiefer die große, kühle Küche - im Nebenhaus nochmal ein Schlafraum mit Bad und Küche - absolut empfehlenswert

Initially I did not like the booking experience, the conditions imposed, and the lack of coherent information. If an alternative facility had been available I would have taken it. Even when co-ordinates were finally released, our TomTom satnav could not locate the property and we had to be assisted by a local person whose car we followed. However, the property itself is in two parts and is absolutely delightful. It transpired that it is a converted old water mill complex with the River Labruja (?) bubbling past. There is a waterfall / weir giving rise to swimming ponds. The hosts were very pleasant and lived elsewhere, so that we had it all to ourselves. The detailing and craftmanship within the property are of an exceptionally high order. All services are concealed, the tiling was particularly well executed. This quality is also evident outside in the extensive garden grounds which are beautifully laid out in grassed and paved terraces with extensive planting. There are numerous secluded sitting areas, external lighting, and a barbeque facility. We found the spacious main kitchen lacking in adequate lighting, worktop space and some basic cooking equipment as there was no kettle or scissors. The glasses were small and mis-matched. We cannot imagine how a party of 6 could be catered for, even washing up would be tricky - a dishwasher would not go amiss. We remained in the main house. The double bed was not very comfortable, but the twin beds were fine. The attractive lounge was spacious. The freestanding annex had a dining kitchen, shower and double bedroom. The access road is steep and narrow leading to a small parking terrace complete with a hose to rinse the car - superb! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Sehr schönes großes Haus und ein weiteres Haus direkt am Fluss, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann gut mit vielen Personen wohnen und jeder findet ein Plätzchen. Küche im EG ziemlich kalt, aber Heizmöglichkeit. Großes schönes Gelände mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sitzen und sich zu sonnen. Sehr ruhig. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet zum Kochen. Auto notwendig. Vermieterin ... sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die alte Mühle ist perfekt modern ausgestattet, überall befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Da wir eine kühle Woche hatten waren wir sehr froh, dass man damit auch wunderbar einheizen konnte. Die Lage ist perfekt für Besichtigungen und Wanderungen, aber auch am Meer ist man relativ schnell. Durch die zwei getrennten Wohneinheiten hat man mit 4 Personen auch noch genügend Privatsphäre. Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Prachtige locatie en een bijzonder mooi gerenoveerde oude watermolen. Perfecte locatie om bij te komen van de drukte van het dagelijkse (werk-) leven. Veel trappen aanwezig dus niet geschikt voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit of heel kleine kinderen (geen trap hekjes)

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlab mit einer 5-köpfigen Familie (3 Kinder zwischen 9 und 12 Jahren) in dem Haus verbraucht. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abseits von dem Dorf und lädt zur Erholung ein. Direkt vor dem Haus fließt ein kleiner Bach, der aufgestaut ist. Somit hat man die Möglichkeit in dem natürlichen Gewässer zu schwimmen und Kinder können auch stehen (ca. 130 cm) tief. Die Aufteilung ist gut. Die beiden Häuser sind über die Außenterasse miteinander verbunden.
